Environmental Management System Certification
HDC LABS sets environmental management policies and objectives and provides training to achieve them. To manage this more systematically, we obtained and continue to maintain ISO 14001 certification.
Energy Management System Certification (ISO 50001, Haeundae I’PARK Office Building)
HDC LABS obtained ISO 50001 certification, the international energy management standard set by the International Organization for Standardization, for the Haeundae I’PARK Office Building under our management.
Green Technology Certification
We received Green Technology Certification from the Ministry of SMEs and Startups for technology that optimizes cooling and power generation efficiency based on generation profiles. Inverter-based control of outdoor-unit-room louvers improves both cooling performance and power generation efficiency.
Patent for Integrated Fuel Cell Thermal Efficiency Package System
We obtained a patent for an integrated package system that improves fuel cell thermal efficiency by controlling a heat storage tank and related equipment in the cooling system.
Photovoltaic Louver Window Patents
HDC LABS developed and validated photovoltaic louver windows and secured the related core technologies. Since rooftop solar alone cannot meet rising mandatory renewable energy requirements at apartment complexes, we integrated PV modules into outdoor A/C unit room louver blades and obtained patents for this easy-to-maintain design.
