Anti-Corruption Policy
Article 1 (Prohibition of Bribery and Corruption)
Employees and agents of HDC LABS shall not offer, promise, or give bribes to anyone, nor request, accept, or receive bribes from anyone, and a zero-tolerance principle applies to all forms of bribery and corruption.
Article 2 (Compliance with Anti-Corruption and Anti-Bribery Laws)
All employees shall be familiar with and comply with the "Improper Solicitation and Graft Act" and the anti-corruption management system, continuously reducing corruption risks and thereby maintaining an honest and transparent company.
Article 3 (Protection of Internal Whistleblowers)
The Company keeps reports related to bribery and the personal information of internal whistleblowers confidential to the extent permitted by law, and internal whistleblowers shall not suffer any disadvantage as a result of their reporting.
Article 4 (Reporting Corrupt Practices)
If there is any concern that any form of corrupt practice is being considered or carried out by the Company, a third party, or an agent, it shall be reported without delay. In addition, if a significant problem arises in the operation of the anti-corruption management system or a situation of non-compliance occurs, it shall be managed promptly and rigorously in accordance with company regulations.
Article 5 (Anti-Bribery Compliance Officer)
The Company shall designate an independent anti-corruption compliance officer who has direct access to the CEO and possesses appropriate authority and competence, and the anti-corruption compliance officer shall report on anti-corruption performance.
